Due to the perishable nature of handcrafted cakes, fresh flowers, and personalized gifts, items once successfully delivered cannot be physically returned. However, if your surprise arrives damaged, stale, or incorrect, we provide an immediate free replacement or prompt full refund.
When Are You Eligible for Instant Resolution?
We take full accountability for your gifting experience. You are immediately covered in any of the following scenarios:
- Transit Damage or Spoilage: If the cake icing is smudged, cake base is damaged, or floral stems are broken during delivery.
- Incorrect Item or Flavor: Delivery of the wrong flavor, wrong size, or incorrect customized message.
- Significant Delivery Delay: If our delivery team misses the agreed surprise window without prior communication.
- Missing Items: Any missing add-on such as chocolates, greeting card, or candle sets.
How to Report an Issue (Within 24 Hours)
To ensure swift resolution, please contact our concierge team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery with:

- A quick photo or short video showing the damaged or incorrect item
- Your preference: Instant Replacement or Full Refund
Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved by our support team:
- • UPI & Wallets: Processed within 2 to 4 hours.
- • Credit/Debit Cards & NetBanking: Settled within 3 to 5 business days per your bank's standard cycle.
- • Cash on Delivery: Transferred directly to your designated UPI ID or bank account upon verification.
Exceptions & Address Verification
Please note that refunds or free replacements cannot be granted if: (a) the recipient address or phone number provided at checkout is incorrect or unreachable, (b) the recipient explicitly refuses to accept the surprise parcel, or (c) cancellation is requested after the cake has been baked or floral bouquet prepared.
